Humping Moose Ale has all the best characteristics of Barry White: Dark appearance and lightly carbonated. Best served at lucky 13 degrees Celsius.

Extract: Black Rock New Zealand Company Bitter
Fermentables: 1kg Premium Spray Malt, 500g Capilano Honey
Adjuncts: 15g Pride of Ringwood hops
Method: Half of the malt boiled in 2L of water with honey and hops for 20 minutes. Added to fermenter with remainder of malt and can of extract.
Yeast: Safale s03
Final Volume: 21L
Yeast Pitched: 14/01/2012
Bottled: 23/01/2012
Specific Gravity: 1052 – 1012 (5.7% Alc/Vol)
