  • Extract: Black Rock New Zealand Company Bitter
  • Fermentables: 1kg Premium Spray Malt, 500g Capilano Honey
  • Adjuncts: 15g Pride of Ringwood hops
  • Method: Half of the malt boiled in 2L of water with honey and hops for 20 minutes. Added to fermenter with remainder of malt and can of extract.
  • Yeast: Safale s03
  • Final Volume: 21L
  • Yeast Pitched: 14/01/2012
  • Bottled: 23/01/2012
  • Specific Gravity: 1052 – 1012 (5.7% Alc/Vol)
