- Extract: Black Rock New Zealand Company Bitter
- Fermentables: 1kg Premium Spray Malt, 500g Capilano Honey
- Adjuncts: 15g Pride of Ringwood hops
- Method: Half of the malt boiled in 2L of water with honey and hops for 20 minutes. Added to fermenter with remainder of malt and can of extract.
