This stuff is made from apples, mangos and strawberries. It’s also alcoholic, so it will help you get into Rhonda’s pants.

  • Extract: Black Rock Cider
  • Fermentables: 500g Dry light malt, 2L Apple Juice (no added sugar), 1L Mango nectar
  • Additions: 700ml Premium Continental Strawberry Liqueur, added 31/03/12
  • Yeast: 7g Black Rock Cider Yeast
  • Final Volume: 20L
  • Yeast Pitched: 12/03/2012
  • Bottled: 14/04/2012
  • Specific Gravity: 1044 – 1004 (5.72% Alc/Vol before strawberry liqueur, 6.2% after adding liqueur)
